Welcome to Ekafusion Yoga. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, classes, workshops, events, memberships, packages, private sessions, and related services.
By using our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership or package, attending a class, or participating in any Ekafusion Yoga service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Ekafusion Yoga
Ekafusion Yoga (“Ekafusion Yoga,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, wellness experiences, and related products and services.

2. Services
We offer in-person and online yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, retreats, events, memberships, class packages, apparel, merchandise, and other related services.
Service availability, schedules, instructors, pricing, and offerings may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, reschedule, or discontinue any class, workshop, event, package, membership, or service.
3. Booking Through Mindbody and Other Platforms
Class bookings, purchases, memberships, packages, and account management may be processed through third-party platforms, including Mindbody, ClassPass, or other booking and payment tools integrated into our website.
When you book or purchase through Mindbody or another third-party platform, you may be required to create or use an account with that platform. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, payment terms, and account rules.
Ekafusion Yoga is responsible for the yoga classes and services we provide. Third-party platforms are responsible for their own technology, account systems, payment processing tools, and platform terms.
4. Payments
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.
We may accept payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods made available through our website, Mindbody, ClassPass, or other approved platforms.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes, fees, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other charges disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Late cancellations made less than 12 hours before class may result in:
- A $20.00 late cancellation fee; and
- The loss of one class from your class package, membership, or account.
Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling may be treated as a no-show and may result in the same charges or class deduction.
Cancellation policies for workshops, events, retreats, private sessions, or special programs may vary and will be provided at the time of booking or purchase when applicable.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for classes, workshops, memberships, class packages, retreats, events, apparel, merchandise, or other purchases, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Ekafusion Yoga.
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to review the terms of your package, membership, or purchase before completing checkout.
7. Memberships and Packages
Memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
Memberships and packages may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or resold. Ekafusion Yoga reserves the right to revoke or suspend memberships or packages if they are misused, shared, transferred, or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Some memberships or packages may renew automatically if stated at the time of purchase. By purchasing an auto-renewing membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the membership is canceled according to the applicable cancellation terms.
8. Health, Safety, and Liability Waiver
Yoga and related wellness activities involve physical movement and may carry inherent risks, including injury, strain, illness, discomfort, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
By participating in any Ekafusion Yoga class, workshop, private session, event, or service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily participating at your own risk;
- You are responsible for listening to your body and practicing within your personal limits;
- You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injury, pregnancy, medical condition, limitation, or concern before class begins;
- You should consult a qualified medical professional before participating, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or other health concern;
- Ekafusion Yoga and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives are not liable for injury, loss, damage, illness, or harm sustained during or related to participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms, stop participating immediately and seek medical attention if needed.
9. Studio Rules and User Conduct
We expect all students, guests, instructors, staff, and visitors to act respectfully and responsibly.
You agree not to engage in:
- Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior;
- Disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate conduct;
- Damage, misuse, or theft of studio property;
- Unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording;
- Use of our services while under the influence of substances that may impair safe participation;
- Any conduct that violates applicable law or studio policies.
Ekafusion Yoga reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, remove individuals from the studio, suspend accounts, or terminate access to services without refund if we determine that conduct is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, access restricted systems, misuse booking tools, submit false information, or use the website in a way that could harm Ekafusion Yoga, other users, or third-party platforms connected to the website.
11. Third-Party Platforms, Links, and Services
Our website may include links, widgets, embedded tools, or integrations from third-party services, including Mindbody, ClassPass, payment processors, analytics tools, social media platforms, or other providers.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or performance of third-party websites, apps, platforms, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and related materials, including logos, names, branding, images, videos, text, class materials, graphics, designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Ekafusion Yoga unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Ekafusion Yoga.
13. Privacy
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, booking classes, purchasing services, or communicating with us, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in that policy.
When you use Mindbody, ClassPass, payment processors, or other third-party tools, those providers may also collect and process your information according to their own privacy policies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of our website, services, classes, memberships, or booking tools after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises between you and Ekafusion Yoga, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal remedies, unless prohibited by law.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration or another legally available process in accordance with applicable law.
